At some point in time, I would like to see an end to the practice of attorneys verifying unlawful detainer complaints. Are they too lazy to get their client to sign? Are the client’s really unavailable? What does unavailable mean it today’s 24/7 world of email, fax and texting. I suspect there is no true unavailability of corporate clients anymore. At Schorr Law, whether we are defending an unlawful detainer complaint or filing one, we put in the work necessary to properly file a complaint and expect the same from our adversaries. We take pride in constantly communicating with our clients, not bypassing communication by claiming they are unavailable.
